Perfect healthy frozen snack for kids this summer.

Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup – yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon – maple syrup, pure
1/4 cup – blueberries
1/4 cup – strawberries

Directions:
Mix the yogurt with maple syrup and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Top yogurt with blueberries and strawberries.
Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Break up and serve.
