HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you go all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This class will keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

Power Yoga – A complete, total body workout. This class will tone, sculpt and lengthen every major muscle group in your body by using small 3 or 5 pound dumbbells in specific postures and movements.
Rep Out – Bring the weight room to the studio! A strength training class specifically designed to use dumbbells, barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define your muscles. Rep out on everything from deadlifts to bicep curls. Be prepared to leave the class feeling truly strong.
SilverSneakers – A class designed for seniors. Moving to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, a chair is used for seated and /or standing support.
TAI CHI – Tai Chi is perhaps described best as “slow-Karate”. The benefits of this ancient martial art are stress reduction, balance, coordination, and overall improvement of physical and mental well-being.
Waist Away – This program features bursts of cardio and strength to help you blast maximum calories and fat in the shortest amount time through interval training, along with nutritional advice and motivation.
